Trainee – Process Associate (Ecommerce)

Job Summary :

The role involves ensuring accuracy in e-commerce operations through regular reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies. The specialist will maintain high standards of quality, perform quality checks, and accurately update product attributes. They will also serve as a subject matter expert for e-commerce inquiries and challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Perform regular reconciliation of Ecommerce to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in Ecommerce, but not limited to unidentified their searching techniques.
•  Maintain standard accuracy and quality in Ecommerce activities.
• Regular quality checks are conducted to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• We need to expand our browsing and accurately fill the attribute values for various products received in the e-commerce process.​
• Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for Ecommerce inquiries and challenges.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and Engineering graduates are also preferred.
• Understanding of basic e-commerce concepts.
• Expected to have basic skills in Excel and browsing.
