Job Summary :
As an Email and LinkedIn Marketing Specialist with a focus on lead generation, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across email and LinkedIn to drive lead generation and build strong client relationships. You will leverage various marketing tools and analytics to evaluate campaign performance, manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, and implement strategies for brand awareness and client acquisition. Your role involves intensive research, connecting with potential clients, and nurturing existing customer relationships to support overall sales and marketing goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
EMAIL MARKETING:
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture existing client relationships.
- Develop compelling email content and creative assets to engage the target audiences.
- Utilize email marketing tools and analytics to measure campaign performance and make datadriven decisions for continuous improvement.
LINKEDIN MARKETING:
- Build and manage a strong LinkedIn presence for the company.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, industry influencers, and partners on LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement strategies for leveraging LinkedIn as a powerful tool for lead generation and brand awareness.
LEAD GENERATION:
- Intensive research through multiple search engines.
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services via email and other mediums.
- Preparing launch doc and other Marketing & Service related document for initial meetings.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and research potential clients through online channels, focusing on LinkedIn as a primary source.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them on to the sales team for further engagement.
- Familiarize yourself with all the products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and lead generation.
- Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and analytics platforms. Strong skills in content creation and campaign optimization.
- Experience in building and managing LinkedIn profiles for business, and knowledge of LinkedIn tools and strategies for engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for crafting compelling content and interacting with clients.
- Ability to perform thorough research, identify and qualify leads, and engage effectively via email and other mediums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
